Day 1: Cape Town
Arrive Cape Town and relax for the day and later in the evening visit the V&A center, return to your hotel and over night at the hotel.

Day 2: Cape Town
This morning breakfast and city tour covering the Waterfront, Kirstenbosch, Botanical Garden The infamous Robben Island, Cape Point where the oceans meet, Parliament The Museum, & The Art Gallery, Mayibuye Center for political history at the University Of Western Cape. Over night at the hotel.

Day 3: Cape Town
Visit the Oldest University in South Africa The University of Cape Town (UCT) is South Africa's oldest university, and is one of Africa's leading teaching and research institutions. Founded in 1829 the South African College, a boys' school that provided some tertiary education, developed into a fully- fledged university during the period 1880 to 1900, due to the funding from private sources and the government. The years 1902 to 1918 saw the establishment of the Medical School, the introduction of engineering courses and a Department of Education. The UCT was formally established as a university in 1918, on the basis of the Alfred Beit bequest and additional substantial gifts from mining magnates Julius Wernher and Otto Beit. The 1980s and 1990s at UCT have been characterized by a deliberate, planned process of internal transformation, to meet South Africa's new challenges in higher education. Over night at the hotel.

Day 4: Cape Town
Breakfast and weather permitting full day at the Table Mountains. Over night at the hotel.

Day 5: Cape Town (The Cape - Robben Island - Mayibuye Centre)
A full day at the Robben Island a place of strong traditional museum is well placed to participate - even lead - in the broader contemporary worldwide move to transform museums from remote institutions into dynamic spaces of learning, engagement and relevance. Behind the visible island operations and visits, the museum manages a collection of arte-facts, historical documents, photographs, art works and audio-visual material that is on par with any other institution of its kind.

Day 6: Eastern Cape - Grahamstown - Fort Hare - Game Drive
This morning take a flight to Port Elizabeth arrive and transfer to the hotel. A city tour covering, The City Hall and Market Square that are worth a visit, containing a replica of the Dias Cross, originally placed by the Portuguese navigator Bartholomew Dias, the Campanile Clock Tower and the Donkin Light house .The Museum, Oceanarium and Snake Park are also on the seafront at Humewood. Visit the King George IV Art Gallery & Fine Arts Hall has an excellent collection of 19th- and 20th-century art and Castle Hill Museum, in the city's oldest house, has a fine collection of Cape furniture.

Day 7: Port Elizabeth /Grahamstown
Enjoy a traditional Xhosa lunch at the Umthathi skills training project in the Grahamstown Township. See the market gardens and arts and crafts workshop. Visit the flourishing Department of Journalism and Media Studies at Rhodes University and their school project - GRAB. Overnight in Grahamstown

Day 8: Grahamstown /Double Drift Game Lodge
Visit the renowned Fort Hare University at the foot of the Amotola Mountains. Many famous African leaders - including Presidents Mandela and Mugabe, O.R. Tambo, Sobukwe and Buthelezi - studied at Fort Hare. It houses the ANC archive and the largest collection of African art in Southern Africa. Then to the Double Drift Game Reserve a vast conservation area is home to a wide variety of plants and wildlife including elephant, hippo, rhino, zebra, warthog, giraffe etc. Sprawling over 23000ha of dense, pristine valley bushveld, and hosting abundant wildlife as well as the convergence of the Great Fish River and the Kat River, Double Drift Game Reserve is the perfect wilderness retreat. Overnight at the lodges.

Day 9: Eastern Cape
The liberal senator who had come to South Africa to champion black liberation. It's hard to say how many people died in the Biko versus Mandela war, Start with an early walk along the river to see the wild life. To Bisho, capital of the Eastern Cape for a guided tour of the legislature. Visit Steve Biko's grave. Cross the green rolling hills of rural Transkei to Qunu, birthplace of Nelson Mandela. Over night at Bisho.

Day 10: Bisho / Wild Coast
Drive to Wild coast arrive and check in at the lodge. Day at leisure or walk the cliffs and the beach: swim ,visit the local people. This sunny stretch of coastline often makes you wonder the fact that the sun never stops shining here, this stretch of coast offers some of the best angling, hiking, diving and of course the magnificent casinos. The scenery here is magnificent and the cultural diversity alone makes the Wild Coast well worth visiting. The swimming is safe and warm in the warm Agulhus current and undisturbed along this peaceful and magnificent stretch of coast. The road traversing this length of coast may not be the best and you should watch out for wandering cattle that who knows no boundaries.

Day 11: Wild Coast / Umtata / Johannesburg
Tour the University of Transkei at Umtata, and then fly to Johannesburg for an evening at the world-renowned Market Theatre. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 12: Johannesburg
Morning Tour of Soweto, cradle of resistance to apartheid. See historic Kliptown where the Freedom Charter was signed; Regina Mundi Cathedral, often a focal point in the struggle, and the memorial to little Hector Peterson and the other schoolchildren shot in the 1976 pupil's uprising. Visit the Workers Library and Museum, Museum Africa and the Johannesburg Art Gallery

Day 13: Johannesburg / Pretoria
Breakfast and travel to Pretoria, visit the Medical University of South Africa and then to Winterveld a historically forced resettlement area. Over night at Pretoria.

Day 14: Pretoria
City tour of Pretoria, including the Union Buildings, Voortrekker Monument and Police Museum. Afternoon shopping in Rosebank and later drive to Johannesburg International airport for your return flight back home.
