The cruise liner M S Royal Star carrying a maximum of just 200 passengers has a friendly and intimate atmosphere more akin to a private yacht than a quality cruise liner. With a team of 130 officers and crewmembers each and everyone in the cruise is assured of a high quality of service. A service of a doctor and a small lift serves all decks except Caribbean and the forward sun deck.

Day 1: Mombassa
Arrive Mombassa and transfer to your hotel. Day free to explore Mombasa on your own. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Sunday. Mombasa, Kenya
Transfer to M.S. Royal Star after lunch. Sail at 1700 hours.
Day 3: Monday. Zanzibar, Tanzania.
Arrive at 0700 hours at Zanzibar and Portuguese influenced Maputo, the capital of Mozambique. An abundance of breathtaking scenery and diverse cultures, many of the spectacular places of interest lying on or close to the coast. Sail at 1700 hours.
Days 4 - 6: Tuesday - Thursday. At sea.
Enjoy cruising on the high seas. You can admire the view from the deck and observe the birds and marine life around you. There are also many recreation options aboard the cruise liner.
Day 7: Friday. Maputo, Mozambique.
Arrive at 0700 hours. Sail at 1700 hours.
Day 8: Saturday. At sea.
Day 9: Sunday. Durban, South Africa.
Arrive at 0700 hours. Lively and exciting, Durban is third largest city where high-rise buildings lie next to Indian bazaars with African townships close by. Relax on the popular seafront area known as the Golden Mile, where most of the major tourist attractions and beaches can be found or visit the Local History Museum, the Maritime Museum, Sea World and Dolphinarium, and the Botanic Gardens. Inland is the mountain area of Drakensberg. A World Heritage Site, here you will find tumbling waterfalls, lush forests, sky-high peaks and traditional Zulu villages

Day 10: Monday. East London, South Africa.
Arrive at 1000 hours. East London is South Africa's only river port and lies in a sheltered harbor at the mouth of the Buffalo River. In the bustling and modern city center there are many shops, restaurants, bars and craft markets. The East London Museum houses the most famous fish in the world - the coelacanth - which was discovered off the coast of East London in 1938, and also the only known dodo egg in the world.

Day 11: Tuesday. Port Elizabeth, South Africa.
Arrive at 0700 hours. Port Elizabeth is set along the shores of Algoa Bay, the main tourist area, and acts as a gateway to the Garden Route, the lush coastal area that stretches towards Cape Town. You will find sweeping promenades, attractive Victorian houses, modern shopping malls, and several parks boasting beautiful flora and fauna. The 5km Donkin Heritage Trail is where you can follow in the footsteps of the early settlers and visit 47 historical sights.

Day 12: Wednesday. Mossel Bay, South Africa.
Arrive at 0700 hours. Mossel Bay is one of the most historical towns in South Africa. There are many museums, the prime one being the Bartolomeu Dias Museum complex. He was the first European to touch South African soil in 1488 and here you will find the famous 'Post Office Tree' that is over 500 years old and a national monument. In the town are a good selection of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants.

Day 13: Thursday, Cape Town, South Africa.
Arrive at 1000 hours and stay on board for two nights.
Nestled at the foot of Table Mountains Cape Town, is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The most happening place V&A center with its shopping malls and restraints. Weather permitting a cable car ride up the Table Mountains is the highlight of Cape Town.With its spectacular views out to the haunting prison on Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned. The other attraction not to be missed is the Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, the Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve and Boulders Beach, famous for its colony of Jackass penguins. Within easy reach is the Cape Winelands - visit the historic towns of Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschhoek and sample the excellent wines of the region.
Day 14: Friday: Cape Town
Breakfast abode the ship and you can take an optional tour and return back to the cruise. A full day at Stellenbosch Wine land.
Day 15: Saturday. Cape Town, South Africa.
Transfer to the airport for your return flight back home.
